| | 3 C | Cornmeal |
| | 1 C | Flour |
| | 3 T | Baking powder |
| | 2/3 C | Vegetable oil |
| | 3 1/2 C | Soy milk |
| | 1 C | Nuts (sunflower, pecans, other..) |
| | 2 T | Cayenne pepper |
 | 1.Mix together the cornmeal, flour, and baking soda.
2.Whisk in the oil and soy milk.
3.Stir in nuts and cayenne.
4.Pour into an oiled 13x9x2" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
5.Allow to cool.
6.Cut into 6 suet feeder sized pieces.
