| | 1 C | pellets | | | | water | | | 2 tbsp | chopped almonds | | | 2 tbsp | chopped peanuts | | | 2 tbsp | sweet potatoe baby food | | | 2 tbsp | broccoli baby food | | Put the pellets in a bowl and add some hot water to them. You want to have enough hot water to make your pellets soft, but not mushy. I usually use about 2 to 3 tbsp. Add the almonds, peanuts, and baby foods to the pellets. Stir and let your bird enjoy.
*you can change the nuts and baby foods to any kind your bird likes. My bird likes his to be popped in the microwave for ten seconds or so to warm it a little- MAKE SURE IT ISN'T TOO HOT!!! |
