| | 4 C | Whole wheat flour | | | 1/2 C | Cornmeal | | | 2 T | Vegetable oil | | | 1 C | Grated apple, unsweetend apple sauce, or apple pulp from a juicer | | | 1 t | Cinnamon | | | 1 1/3 C | Water | | 1.In a large bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, oil, and cinnamon.
2.Stir in water and apple.
3.Mix till a stiff dough forms.
4.Knead till smooth.
5.Roll out on a lightly floured surface.
6.Cut with cookie cutters.
7.Bake at 325 degrees till browned and crunchy |
