| | 1/2 T | Shredded carrot | | | 1 T | Toasted grain oats | | | 1/2 T | Broccoli, chopped into tiny pieces | | | 3 | Medium red grapes, chopped and smashed (optional) | | | 1 t | Raw sunflower seeds (unsalted | | | 1 t | Peanuts (unsalted) |  | 1. In one bowl, combine the shredded carrot, broccoli tree (prepared as instructed above), and 3 medium red grapes (also prepared as instructed above). Mix together well.
2. While continuing to stir this mixture, gradually add the rest of the recipe.
3. Store in a refriderator for 10 minutes, covered.
4. Stir again and serve in a bowl of some sort. |
