Fish listed under Intermediate usually require more preparation to get them to breed, Or the fry require more attention to rear them successfully. But this group should be in the reach of most people, once you have a little experience with easier species. Fish listed under Advanced should only be attempted once you can confidently manipulate water chemistry, and other parameters, and you have gained enough experience, to confidently rear the most delicate or tiniest fry.
