The Piedmont Driving Club was formed in 1982 for the Northern Virginian
carriage driving enthusiast to enjoy monthly carriage outings,
driving competition, educational clinics, and
participation in fun community events.
Our pleasure picnic drives are held on quiet gravel roads in the beautiful
foxhunting countryside of Loudoun, Fauquier, and Clarke Counties, Virginia.
We host the oldest annual ADS rated driving show on the East Coast, and
driving clinics are scheduled throughout the season,
offering a wide range of educational opportunities from
understanding wheel care to learning proper turnout.
Membership runs from January 1st to December 31st, and includes all club
activity announced by our monthly
newsletter. Picnic drives are held from April to November, weather permitting.
