Galvanized steel tank nipples are used to put a threaded nipple through the side of a water tank.
Through the wall seals can be accomplished with a pipe seal that expands into the opening as pipe is pushed through, creating a seal that does not leak.
When the wind doesn't blow hard enough for the windmill to pump, out pump and cylinder combination makes it possible to pump water with an electric submersible pump to keep water tanks full.
