Thanks to Vice President Tamara Bowles for running the meeting at Stillwater in January. I just got back from the USPC Annual Meeting in Baltimore last week. Thanks to Mary and Marla Belt for allowing me to accompany them and stay with them. I had a great time and learned a lot! We attended several workshops and learned more about Pony Club, the standards, and many other things. Ask me about the book I won on a raffle ticket! Our next meeting will be at Knowdown. Bring your extra money for the Silent Auction. All proceeds support the Cimarron Region and our activities, so think of items to donate too! We're going to have a great time. See you there!

Tamera Mayo handed out Championships 2000 requirements

2. C's fun thing - what we wanted to do

-Mega Rally July 7-9 Stillwater, OK

D-Rally:

-Dated Picked: End of August 26th and 27th --took verbal vote

-Place: Stillwater Fair Grounds, Sundance PC arranging

-Ribbons: Sooner PC arranging

-Judges: Meadowlark PC arranging

-Food: Sundance PC arranging

**Club representatives are going to report back to Tamara, Mandie, and Tiffany about different levels their kids can ride.

-Fun ribbons: Sooner PC arranging

Group decided to wait on Horse Management Judges and decide the rest of planning at next meeting. Some possible people to do things are -Mr. Belt (EMT?),Vet (Jenny Sullivan?)

C-Fun thing plans:

-Pollo for C's in March or April

-Trail ride at Bowles' (Augusta, KS) in summer

-Fall C-Rally
