Horses Started Under Saddle
I train young horses on a monthly basis. Keep in mind each horse is an individual, but typically, after 30 days of training, the average colt should have a nice slow lope, neck rein with a "soft" mouth, respond to leg pressure and have a good set of brakes. Multiple referances available as well. Negative coggins required.
I offer a wide variety of metal work. I hand forge decorative letter openers and hoofpicks, as well as custom built spurs [made from used horseshoes or a farriers rasp.] I make all sorts of items from all my used horseshoes such as: paper towel and toilet paper holders, hat/coat racks, boot jacks, stepping stools, tables, picture frames, several different kinds of bridle and tack racks, dresser and cabinet handles, and even Christmas trees! I also build custom branding irons, BB-Q grills, smokers and cowboy cookers [theses are great around the campfire!] Just give me your ideas and I'm certain I can build it.
