Offering:
TRAIL RIDES: We will match your riding abilities with one of our beautiful and kind horses and guide you through a quiet and peaceful tour of our property, an old railway line, fields, a pine forest and a quick jaunt down a country road. Our horses are VERY well cared for and are not permitted to take out more than 2 rides per day and each horse is only used a maximum of 4 times per week. They are willing and eager to hit the trails, but please note, the rider with the least experience sets the pace for the ride. Our facility does not practice the "nose to tail" setting you may have experienced or heard about before. Each horse is controlled by the rider and you may ride beside another horse if you choose. We also use Ortho Flex saddles on our horses to ensure the perfect fit so they do not get sore backs and you will enjoy the comfort of the very soft seats and cushioned stirrups. Why not come out for a visit and see the difference between our facility and many others! We can accommodate 1 rider or 14 riders depending on riding experience.
(Please advise if you are over 6 feet and/or more than 250 pounds). You will be required to wear long pants and closed toe shoes - we provide approved "sport" riding helmets for your safety.
COST: 2.8 miles/approx. 60 minutes ($28.00)and 3.3 miles/approx. 90 minutes($33.00)
PONY RIDES: Younger riders under 10 years of age will enjoy an adventure of their own on a special pony or horse. $5.00 saddling fee and $5.00 per rider
