Thanks for coming to visit Speedy's web site.
Speedy was born July, 2000, without a pelvis.

Speedy is a very lucky kitten. His life was saved by Dr. Edwin Jeszenka of the Lincoln Highway Veterinary Clinic in Lancaster, Pennsylvania by the development of a mobile prosthetic cart, created with *K'NEX® toys. This is a remarkable story of hope, love, and compassion, which has gained international attention through TV, radio, and newspaper publicity. Within these pages, you will find Speedy's story, educational information about his condition and prosthesis, and a contact page for correspondence.

We hope you enjoy your visit!
