Julie's Offerings

Julie Carpenter offers training, instruction and clinics at and Miracle Mountain Ranch, a full-service horse care and training facility in Jackson, CA, and in Santa Cruz, CA.

•Training for horses is provided from foundation to performance; from colt starting to problem horses. Julie uses communicative and stress-free methods of working naturally with the horse and rider that is mutually rewarding.

•Instruction in all aspects of horse care and riding technique. The student is taught to develop trust, confidence, understanding and communication with horses. Julie's

•Apprenticeship program is a specialized program for students to achieve a more in depth knowledge of horsemanship.

We also offer the "Old Hooves Home" retirement facility for horses.

You will also find Hearts for Horses Non-Profit at the ranch where horses in need are rehabilitated for placement in new homes

Dewey is a beautiful 5 year old Arab gelding. Has excellent grounds manners and will give his heart and soul. He is very sweet and willing. He has been ridden but still really worries when being saddled. He needs to have his training continued by an experienced horse person. He would be a nice project for someone who is looking for a companion. He is free only to the right home.
