Our babies are hand raised, from the time of whelping, until they are ready to meet their new families, the people that are going to care for them for the rest of their lives! We only pick out families that are planning on a lifetime with these beauties.They are so precious, and so dedicated to their owners and families. Our lines are very clean, we don't "INBREED". Our sires aren't related to our momma's..
All the other girls have come into season and the last and final one is getting ready. Yeah thats finally overwith. As they reside in our house with us at all times.The boys have their own kennel house of their own two doors away.
We also have two started blue boys awaiting a new home soon, they are a yr old. We have been working with them over the winter with manners and hunting as well. Not when its extremely cold outside, as they only have one coat of hair on them, which makes most people who are allergic to dogs, no more allergic. We have testimony to that one, when a young couple came to our kennel to visit and decide to see whether or not a "Weim" was for them. At that time, that husband started rubbing his hands all over the dogs, smelling them, imagine the look on my face? Hmm whats he doin? well then his wife says he's checking to see if he's allergic to this type of dog, as we have wanted one forever, and now's the test, we have his epi pen along just in case we need it for his attack if he has one..
Needless to say, with him rolling on the grass with the dogs, playing with them, getting sat on, slobbered on, ears licked, face licked to death, he then came to the conclusion they definately wanted a female.. She is still with that couple, and runs with her mom everyday, competes in races as well, people tell her that the dog inspires the other people to keep going, as she doesn't appear nearly even starting to wear out yet.. They do have lots of energy, and do need daily excersize.So if your looking for a "Weimaraner" and are a runner, hunter, hiker, then your one that may be interested in a "Weimaraner" "The gray ghost" They are such aristrocrates, and escape artists, we have had three of ours escape, one went around and opened everyone else's gates for them, the other one bends the clamps and gets the gate open, and lets his wide open so the rest can crawl over the dividers and roll themselves into his kennel area, and then they too get out loose.
They usually have a grand time playing loose in the kennel, they have TV,stereo,phone,cable, etc. out in their house.. It's more for us, but they do love to watch tv believe it or not!!! They have been known to put their feet up on Icemakers on the fronts of refrigerators to get themselves a refreshing treat of an ice chunk or a drink of water while your gone, so look out if you have one, and leave them alone. they tend to amuse themselves if they get bored, or well maybe a few more to play with chasing across the floor at the same time too.
Thats what a Weim is all about, although they do want to be with you at all times, you must crate train them immediately or your looking for trouble.. Most don't detroy a house or anything else, unless they are left for over 8-12 hrs. You would get bored to by then and find something entertaining to do by yourself.

We are seeking a very nice, quiet home for one of our retired males, he is a nice boy, very calm, mellow, doesn't bark. Doesn't have seperation anxiety, and is seeking only a loving home..He is very healthy, and has no history of any sickness ever.. We are retiring him from breeding, and letting him live the rest of his life in a house somewhere to keep someone company.He loves to lay upside down in the sun. He's a funny boy to play with, loves kids, and everyone he meets.. Thankyou for your visit on our website, i hope you have learned something about what "Weims" are all about.
